Only one fmc99 account is permitted per player, per household, and per device. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at the Company's discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fmc99 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. fmc99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
You must notify fmc99 customer support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account. fmc99 may suspend an account pending investigation upon receiving such a report.
fmc99 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, regulatory compliance requirements, or player-initiated self-exclusion requests.
fmc99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Supported methods for Malaysian players include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. Available methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing times are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits. Deposits are credited to your fmc99 account balance upon confirmation from the payment processor. fmc99 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum deposit amounts are specified at the point of transaction.
Withdrawals. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name. fmc99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Prior to processing a first withdrawal, or at any subsequent time as required for compliance purposes, fmc99 may request KYC documentation including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership.
Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed pending verification. fmc99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or pending regulatory inquiry.
Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established. See Section 6 for details.
All bets placed on the fmc99 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the applicable game or sporting event, as published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or event.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fmc99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the net deposit balance held in the player's fmc99 account at the time of the incident.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
fmc99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
